Full time (weekday) OR part time hours (evenings and weekends). Assisting existing customer with queries - training provided alongside a welcoming team.

The role is based in either Albany or Manukau, so pick the location that suits you best

There are both Full time 40 hour shifts available, as well as 20-30 hour part time options across the afternoon/evenings and weekends.

**Role**
You will be assisting existing customers with day to day queries and support.

These will all be inbound calls, with no sales involved, and will see you answering queries, actioning requests in the systems and verifying details or information for customers.

**Please get in touch if you are**:

- Experienced in customer service - either office/phone based/call centre

**OR**:

- Have strong retail/hospo experience, and may be currently studying finance/business and looking to gain some incredible industry experience alongside your studies

**AND**:

- You have confident communication skills - can relay and explain information to all types of people
- Are available immediately and for at least 3-4 months
- Have a clear credit and criminal check
- If interested in the part time hours, can work a couple weekdays between 3.45pm - 7.45pm AND one weekend day between 8.30am - 5.00pm
