We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to_ join our dedicated Finance team full-time (40 hours per week) based in Dannevirke_.
- We are looking for someone with the following attributes_:
- Experience processing invoices and credit notes for payments ideally in a fast-paced environment with a large numbers of transactions
- Strong reconciliation skills to manage multiple accounts and invoicing queries
- Good people skills - You will work alongside the wider business to gather the information you need
- Competent with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Reliable, well organised with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and initiative
- Self-starter
