**Job description**:

- Prepare and grill a variety of Shaokao skewers with precision and attention to quality.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness and quality.
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and grill equipment is available.
- Assist in the preparation of marinades, sauces, and other Shaokao ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Store food and other items properly.
- Assist in planning new menu items.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Follow established cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies and procedures.

**Job pre-requisites**:

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- No previous experience is on-the-job training will be provided.
- Knowledge of Shaokao cuisine and grilling techniques is a plus, but not a must.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
