**About the Role**
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Lead is responsible for all aspects of program support and planning to the Program Manager. The role will require taking an active lead on managing packages of work and projects including project plans and Gant charts. This will require strong relationship management with external parties and staff as well as the end-to-end co-ordination of a broad range of administrative and support processes.

**About You**
- 5 + years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, analysis, or related field, in a complex, multi-faceted, time-bound expediency industry or critical services
- Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Previous experience within a large complex business in a programme lead capacity
- Creating and organising administrative processes that set standards, simplified work and supports the team to deliver
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Sound knowledge of the MS office suite
- Working collaboratively with the project team to ensure that the programme is delivered seamlessly
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in wireless will be high desirable
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and effectively engage with diverse teams
