**Our Opportunity**:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Category Analyst to join our Dairy team. This role will play a crucial role in providing category-led insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the performance of our dairy portfolio in retail channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in providing category-led, commercially relevant insights and recommendation that drives the strategic direction of our retail dairy business
- Analyze in-market performance using scan data and customer analytics tool to identify issues and opportunities
- Support in category review process for the dairy portfolio with retail customers, building relationships and delivering category-centric insights with actionable plans linked to shopper behavior
- Assist in the development of annual strategic category plans and identify growth drivers that will translate into channel-specific, actionable plans
- Support the team with planogram development to optimize layout and shelf space using category insights
- Support in New Product Development (NPD) volume build and performance tracking

About You
- Experience in Category, Sales and/or Commercial within an FMCG environment or similar environment
- Experience in using IRI/Circana or Nielsen scan data, Homescan, and exposure to other customer analytic tools such as Quantium and Dunnhumby
- Proficiency in Microsoft suits such as Excel and Power point
- Experience in space planning software (Apollo) is desirable but not essential
- Possess proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments.
- Possess excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
