**Position Title**:Handyman/traininng supervisor

**Job brief**

We are looking for a reliable Handyman/traininng supervisor to undertake upkeep and repair tasks. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform maintenance.
- Collect Rent.
- Undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of premises.
- Maintain the Orchard.
- Manage and train staffs.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:
