Processing Officer | Permanent Part Time (23 Hours)| Rotorua

As a Processing Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customers' Mail and Parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role will see you work from our Rotorua Operations Centre, on Waterford Street.
**In this fast-paced job, you will**:
- Sort our customer's parcels to meet our service level agreements
- Handle parcels in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required
- This is a job where you really contribute to our business and our customers experience. From a supportive team environment, to training & development opportunities we can really deliver you a great career
**To be successful in this role, you**:
- Are available to work Monday 03.00am to 07.00am, Tuesday, Thurday and Friday from 02.00am to 07.00am and Saturday from 01.00am to 07.00am
- Possess a forklift License, although this desirable not essential
- Enjoy a physically demanding role and are comfortable lifting up to 25KG
- Naturally work well with a team and put our customer's first
- Have an eye for detail and are accurate
- Hold a good geographical knowledge of Rotorua and New Zealand
