Intern Software Engineer

Note: Partly is headquartered in Christchurch but has employees across NZ, AU, IN, PH, JP, UK and the EU. If you are not based in Christchurch, we will fly you to HQ for 2 weeks for onboarding, as well as 1 week per quarter for our “Season Openers” (we pay for your travel and accommodation). If you are relocating to Christchurch from NZ or from overseas, we can also assist with relocation costs._

**This role**:
In this role, you will work alongside other members of our software engineering team to tackle exciting R&D problems.
- **You will be part of one of our R&D Teams **and build a project with real, meaningful, and major impact on our clients.

- ** You will architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products **through high-impact projects.

**Your skills**:

- ** You have an exciting project to share with us**, something you are truly proud of.
- **You are enrolled and working towards obtaining a BS in Computer Science or a related field.** Please note that in order to be eligible for an internship, we require that you be returning to school the following quarter/semester to work towards completing your degree in NZ.
- ** You are a problem solver** and you love complex problems.
- ** You have strong engineering fundamentals.**
- ** You don't build apps,** you build solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
- **You spend time outside of uni on personal projects.**
- ** You are a clear communicator** and team player.
