**MAIN TASKS**
- Direct, Oversee, and manage daily operations
- Determine the work required and allocate duties to the staff members
- Prepare rosters and maintain shift reports
- Ensure correct staffing numbers are maintained to complete the job/absence coordination
- Suggest changes to operating standards to improve the efficiency of work
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the whole front office activities.
- Increase occupancy and profitability and promoting hotel services and amenities through up-selling strategies
- Proactive management of customer feedback and complaints ensuring positive resolutions for the guest
- Receive and process payments
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee/tea
- Responsible for health and safety procedures in the hotel
