**This job is required to perform**:

- Seed sowing
- Preparation for planting - sanitizing, cleaning
- Transplanting, plant support
- Leafing and pruning, root pruning
- Plant protection - pests and diseases, spraying, trapping, scouting, reporting
- Irrigation, preparation of fertilizers, fertilization, monitoring
- Regulating greenhouse environment [computer control]
- Preparation for sales - packing and dispatch
- Equipment and tool maintenance and hygiene
- Record keeping
- Identifying and reporting hazards
- At least 1 year work experience in relevant OR
- Equivalent Level 4 qualification in Horticulture
- Outstanding nursery skills
- Be physically fit
