VetPartners is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to take ownership of deploying and optimising Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) across our veterinary clinics. This contract role, based in Macquarie Park, offers the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team while making a significant impact on our technology landscape. As part of the IT Operations team, you will ensure our clinics have a secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based environment. You will work closely with IT Operations, Service Desk teams, and external vendors to implement Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Autopilot, enhancing security, streamlining operations, and improving user experience.

We are seeking someone who is highly skilled in Azure technologies with strong problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support and guidance to clinic teams. As a key technical resource, you will also help translate complex IT concepts into clear, easy-to-understand language, ensuring stakeholders can fully leverage the benefits of our cloud-based infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the AVD rollout across all clinics, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
- Configuring and managing Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Autopilot to enhance security and efficiency.
- Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and clinic staff.
- Collaborating with IT Operations, Service Desk, and external vendors to optimise system performance.
- Translating complex technical issues into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Strong experience in Azure Virtual Desktop deployment and management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Autopilot.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Experience in large-scale Azure and Intune deployments (highly desirable).
