The role is supporting the butcher in daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of meat preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.

You need to be passionate about the food industry, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Help in labeling and pricing meat products.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

You will need to be able to do the following:

- Learn basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
