**Key Requirements for this role are**:

- Good all-round knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and food
- Consistently deliver a high standard of drink making, and wine service
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a dedicated team
- Great energy and ability to engage with your customers
- Maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to exceed guest expectations
- General Managers Certificate or LCQ preferred but not essential
- Full working rights in NZ (essential)
