**What success looks like in this role**:
Unisys build and run some of New Zealand’s most mission critical systems. Our principal delivery methodology is Agile (Scrum). As we continue to build on our growth, we are looking to add an experienced **Test Lead **(contract role) to our team with experience in either Pega or Regulatory Transport systems.

Whilst many of our teams are experienced with Agile delivery, that is not always true of our customers. Therefore there is a need for us to be both expert at Agile and a need for us to help customers on their Agile journey.

The Application Services team at Unisys are on an interesting journey. - Significant experience as an Automation tester on software projects
- **A hands-on track record of automation testing software, using Selenium and automated API testing.**:

- **Knowledge about OAuth2 and Swaggers (Open APIs).**:

- Appreciation of test-driven development and the role of testing to eliminate defects ever occuring
- A track record of helping customers who are not used to working in an Agile fashion
- Excellence in the preparation of artefacts expected of an Automation Tester
- Strong communicator - both oral and written
- **Expoerience in leading a small team of Testers (both onshore and offshore)**:

- **Experience with JMeter and Visual Studio for Performance testing**:

- **API System testing using Postman**:

- **SOAP UI for Web services testing**:

- **Selenium for functional test automation
