The Variety: As a Life-branded pharmacy, we unusually have a large cosmetic/beauty offering alongside a large modern dispensing business. We have significant vitamin, beauty clinic, and wellness areas alongside extensive pharmacist services, meaning no two days are the same. You'll be part of a dynamic team offering a full customer experience.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading our talented dispensary and front counter teams, to deliver extensive pharmacy and wellness services, at an exceptional level.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our busy dispensary (handling 500-600 prescriptions a day) while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Providing expert advice to patients, helping to improve their health and well-being.. Utilising both of our dispensing robots to utilise and prioritise customer interactions to the full.
- Collaborating with the wider team to integrate pharmacy and wellness services. We value pro-active and growth of pharmacist service stand still, so adding and challenging what we do has to be a part of how we work.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Current APC and experience in a team or leadership environment.
- The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in verbal and written English.
- A passion for improving our communities health, and building relationships with both our team and our community ensuring a great experience for all.
- Organisational skills and the ability to keep things running smoothly, even on busy days.
