**The Opportunity**
Gentrack are currently hiring a new People Experience (PX) Leader for New Zealand.

The role of the PX Leader is to work with the Chief People Officer and partner with the heads of New Zealand and New Zealand global matrix teams in a growing organisation in line with the global values and culture.

The People Team is about talent attraction and development, career mobility and opportunity, great communications, pride, and recognition and finally being transparent but fair while holding true to the high bar on talent.

**The Specifics**

As the PX leader, New Zealand, you will be empowered to establish your function as the business grows. You will be a key member of the Global People team, as well as the New Zealand leadership team and will work closely with the team to attract, maintain, and optimize the capabilities of a highly capable group of leaders.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering on a People Centric business program - in line with the global People strategy. As such you will work with the Global CPO to implement the strategies required for a world class technology company including areas such as high potential programs, recurring employee feedback, betterment, career mobility, learning, diversity, pride, and communications. You will take a global lead on a project that will aide your development and engage you to lead a transformation change strategy.

The new growth and identity of the business are key - to retain our talent as the brand and team grows in India. The pace and challenge to establish an indemnity through this growth are challenging and with the global time zones this can be a challenge. You will need to be flexible with this but also ensure that it does not overly compromise work-life balance.

You will have the full support of the CPO and Business lead to drive your local vision in line with the group goals and whilst no day is the same, we would expect you to provide expertise in the following:

- Provide professional internal consultancy and coaching on PX good practice to Leaders.
- Develop and deliver business solutions which enable Leaders to undertake people management activities in a competent and professional way.
- Team leadership
- Design and deliver effective PX policies and supporting procedures.
- Support the Global L&D strategy in your local market.
- Provide reviews and expertise in talent development, succession planning and organisational design.
- Develop recruitment and selection strategies, processes, and provision of support.
- Contribute to PX strategy and business planning activities.
- Ensure that the NZ PX FY budget is managed appropriately.
