With comprehensive training at our L'affare workshop, you'll become well-versed in our equipment, service, and coffee.

**_ Why join us as our Equipment Technician?_**

As our Equipment Technician, you won't just be working on any machines - you'll be diagnosing, repairing, and servicing the coffee machines that create the perfect L'affare brew. Every day you'll be on the frontline, delivering the best in customer service, supporting our sales team, and helping our 3rd party customers in the region.

Your technical knowledge will be key as you pre-test machines for sale, fault-find high-level equipment failures, and provide feedback on recurring faults. You'll also have a crucial role in stock control, coordinating stock movement, maintaining adequate levels of spare parts, and conducting accurate regular stock takes. A large focus of the role will be servicing our trade customers, travelling around to different cafes/workshops to do so

To keep us ahead, you'll be part of our out-of-hours service to hospitality customers, provide training to the team, and support the smooth functioning of the workshop.

This full-time position is based in our Auckland region and L'affare workshop/cafe. We have unlimited coffee, recharge leave, and learning opportunities on offer.
