**Partner Support/Solution Integration Engineer**

We have an exciting opportunity at Tait Communications for a Partner Support/Solution Integration Engineer focused on emerging technologies. As an integration specialist, you will be responsible for developing and validating integrations between Tait's critical communications products and our partner solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing a deep technical understanding of Tait and partner solution architectures and interfaces.
- Collaborating closely with the CTO, Product, and Engineering Teams to prototype new technologies and solutions, thereby expanding Tait's emerging technology portfolio.

Building strong relationships with our product partners will be essential, particularly in Integration Testing of Tait systems/products with partners' products and facilitating the on-boarding process for partner products. You will report to the Systems and Solutions Validation Manager.
- Our Partner Support/Solution Integration Engineer opportunity will attract an annual base salary range of $80K to $110K per annum, and will be full-time, 40 hours per week, located in Christchurch_

**The duties of the role will include**:

- ** Solution Integration** - Contribute to the delivery of integration of partner products with Tait systems/products
- Communication with Tait regions and partners, including working with Tait and Partner developers to identify and resolve issues.
- ** Solution Validation** - Initiate and implement Test planning and coordination of Integration testing between Tait and Partner solutions
- ** Automation**:
**Ō pūkenga - About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have a Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent)

As well as:

- At least 4 years of experience as a Developer/Technical Tester/Solution Integrator (preferably at the confluence of Microservices based Applications and Embedded Software/Products)
- Proven competency in an OOP language to build integration interfaces or backend services (Python or C# preferred)
- Proven experience in implementation test automation frameworks, ideally involving Microservices/Embedded systems
- Proven experience in System Integration & Interface Testing, preferably in the Telecommunications industry
- It is preferred that you have experience in administration of Linux based systems/solution architectures and a Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, configuring/debugging IP based products and solutions (in complex technical environments)_._
