We're growing fast and need a skilled Accounts Assistant to support our growing financial demands during this next level of our journey. As the leading Agri financial management system in New Zealand, we are now growing in Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

One of the biggest causes of stress for farmers comes from not knowing their financial position, not feeling in control, and not feeling supported. Figured provides peace of mind by providing them with clarity and control, and by connecting them to their financial advisors.
**Requirements**:
**The role**
Working closely within a small but mighty finance team in a dynamic role where you will make a big impact from day one.
This is a newly created position as a result of continued growth, the role will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Manager and CFO to help us continue running a smooth finance operation globally.
This is a part-time position that offers ample flexibility around working from home and hours of work.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Credit Card and banking reconciliation across our different entities
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Support our client billing process
- Payroll and HR financial and documentation support
- Invoicing: uploading and coding all supplier invoices and obtaining management sign off
- Payment run preparation
- Reconciling GST/VAT, Accounts Receivable, FBT, Annual Leave Balances
- Reconciling Marketing and other business spend, with monthly reporting on campaign spend
- Maintaining Fixed assets that are on the register and all laptops under lease
**To ace the role**
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with numbers
- Organised and supportive - you love helping others achieve their goals and objectives
- know your way around Xero or equivalent accounting software
- Google suite knowledge
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced dynamic environment
