The IT Release and Process Manager supports the Service Delivery Manager by ensuring the timely and reliable day-to-day operation of IT services and the ongoing improvement of technology processes.

**Key Accountabilities Operations**:

- Take full responsibility for the management of the IT release, change, incident and problem processes
- Technical and administrative aspects of release and deployment management across all systems and services
- Coordination of ICT Infrastructure and system changes
- Management and coordination of IT incident and problem management
- Systems management of workflows implemented in ServiceNow and the provision of support to users
- Maintenance of information about Configuration Items required to deliver IT services

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Take full responsibility for the continuous improvement of IT operations processes
- Review, analyse and make recommendations on IT service improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement improvements to IT service policies, processes and workflows
- Actively contribute to a DevOps culture and agile delivery

**Service Operations**
- Is responsible for vendor management to support the systems Service Desk, Access Management and Request fulfillment
- Is accountable and responsible for Technology Incident Management and Problem Management across all systems
- Assists with operations management of the Technology stack
