**Location**: WellingtonContract: Permanent - full timeAbout the roleEnsuring better housing outcomes for our Pacific people across Aotearoa is a must and you will be involved in supporting a programme of work by providing quality advice that will make significant change. Our team is very delivery focused and require a Senior Advisor who can develop, execute, and manage the supplier contracts through partnership - using a collective and collaborative approach to reach the right outcomes.What you'll bringAs a Senior Advisor you'll bring a background and knowledge of Housing (ideally) and will have the skills and ability to influence stakeholders by forming high-quality relationships and talanoa - which will result in improved Housing outcomes for Pacific peoples. A solid Project Management background will enable you to structure your planning well, bring an understanding on how to manage risks and issues, and identify and solution design outcomes to ensure the programme meets its key objectives.We are looking for skills, and experience in the following areas
- Policy experience working at a senior level, ideally in New Zealand government and have worked across social policy or population-based policy
- Experience in delivering social policy projects and researching, developing, and delivering policy advice
