Kebab in Town 2022 Limited is well known restaurant and takeaway shop in Canterbury Region. We are currently looking to hire 2 kitchen hands to assist in our busy restaurant. It is a full time position (30 to 40 hours per week) on a rotational basis. Late night, weekend, and public holiday availability is must.

**Requirements for kitchen hands**:

- Assisting in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Setting up kitchen and counter table before restaurant opening hours.
- Wash dishes and remove rubbish.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment and utensils.
- Assisting the chef/cook in plating dishes or packing take away orders.
- Prepare food/assist chefs or cooks if needed.
- Serve food and take orders (as and when required) with good customer service.
- Payrate for this position is from $28.20 to $30.00 an hour, depending on the experience / qualifications.
- Any overtime will be paid as per the base payrate.

To be considered for this role you must be in NZ, and either be an NZ resident, citizen or have the legal right to work in NZ full time.
