- Actively oversees and participate in the test automation delivery by designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test solutions.
- To provide thought leadership and peer reviews within the automation community re the design and implementation of automation strategies and solutions within Technology.
- To provide thought leadership and peer reviews within the automation community and upskilling and support other team members.
- Work passionately with other team members to build robust solutions.
- Ensure that device first approach is prioritised.

- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ): You possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-awareness, empathy, humility, motivation, and self-control.
- Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and DevOps: You have a good understanding of ITIL, SDLC, and DevOps best practices.
- Effective communication and consulting skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and consulting capabilities.
- Driven and passionate: You are motivated and passionate about driving projects and managing workloads.
- Experience with APIs and Microservices: You have experience working with APIs and Microservices.
- Automation framework expertise: You have experience setting up automation frameworks such as RestAssured and Selenium.
- Automation testing skills: You have a strong background in automation testing using either Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with tools like Swagger and Postman: While not essential, it's preferred that you have experience with tools like Swagger and Postman.
- Knowledge of pipelines, continuous integration, and testing: You have experience with pipelines, continuous integration, and testing, such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Relevant qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Computer Science and Testing are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies: You possess an excellent understanding of testing approaches and methodologies.
- Strategic and analytical thinking: You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can think critically to solve complex problems.
