Auckland City, New Zealand All Four One Cuisine Full time

All Four One Cuisine Limited operates two restaurants on Dominion Road, Auckland. We now need four Cooks to help us provide top-quality food and service. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week, but you will normally be required to work around 40 hours.

The job involves the following tasks and duties:

- Preparing and cooking all the dishes offered by the restaurant

- Seasoning food during preparation and cooking, when necessary

- Monitoring the quality of food at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation

- Assisting in improving dishes

- Assisting in managing the overall operation of kitchen

- Assisting in ordering supplies and stocks

- Ensuring kitchen’s operation complies with hygiene and safety regulations.

To qualify for the job:

- At least two years of work experience in cooking Chinese Cuisine is needed.

- A relevant certificate can replace the required work experience.

- Have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure since our restaurant is extremely busy during peak hours.

- You may be required to work during the weekend

- You should also have good attention to detail to make sure everything that goes through your hand is thoroughly clean
