Opportunitieslike this are highly sought after, and they dont come along often. This positionforms part of the Administration Teamand is responsible for the effective management and processing of work including General Offices tasks and Account support by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, phone calls, and basic bookkeeping, ensuring consistent quality and timely processing of work.

**As a Accounts and Administrator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include**:

- AR/AP - Supplier accounts follow-up, Invoice / Statement Processing, Processing Credit Notes
- Inwards goods processing, Supplier Payments, Supplier Invoice Entry
- Assist with Supplier Month End Statements
- Shipment processing / Finalising
- Research/resolve discrepancies, Liaise with other departments
- Reception - First point of contact duties
- Data entry, Purchasing of consumables, Courier collections, Filing,
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed

**To be successful in this role**:

- Bachelors degree would be preferred
- Previous Accounts and Administration experience preferred
- Excellent English - written and verbal
- Must be good with numbers and mathematics
- Strong with IT stystems
- The ability to work alone and take a lead when hurdles arise or when tasks require completion
- Must have a full drivers licence
