**What You’ll Do**:

- Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience and drive engagement
- Create and design marketing content to align messaging and visuals
- Monitor social media trends and jump on relevant opportunities
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve reach and ROI
- Manage community interactions and maintain a consistent brand tone

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- A strong understanding of different platform algorithms and best practices
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual content and storytelling
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite & Google Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience with paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Can shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)
- Have worked with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
