**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to take your first step into leadership

The Trading 2IC role works closely with the the SWAS Trading Manager to support the store in all areas of Stationery, Entertainment/Technology, Copy Centre and Office Furniture. You will be assisting with the delivery and maintenance of merchandising standards, the Managers Trading Plan, and overseeing the implementation of planograms, ensuring price integrity and availability meets customer expectations and delivers the best customer experience possible

Aside from ensuring that we make sure our store is delivered to a top standard daily, there is also a key focus on growth as a store and looking at different ways of meeting targets as individuals and a team to help us smash our sales.

**This is a permanent full time position covering the following shifts**:

- Sunday 9am - 5.30pm
- Monday 9am - 5.30pm
- Tuesday 7am - 3.30pm
- Wednesday 9am - 5.30pm
- Thursday 1pm-10.30pm

**The starting rate for this role is $25.70 p/h + team discount card.**

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Some demonstrated leadership skills or experience
- The ability to interpret and execute plans with a sharp eye for detail
- Having a growth mindset
- Good time management skills
