Kitchenhand/housekeeper

**The Role**:
As our Kitchenhand / Housekeeper you will be responsible for supporting our Chef with food preparation and dishes. You will also be responsible for the centre laundry and other ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth operation of our busy ECE centre. You may also be needed to provide a small amount of lunch cover in the classrooms which would require you to work hands on with children.

At Bear Park, we embrace creativity and encourage everyone in our centres to explore new, fun ways of doing things, an approach that extends to our kitchens. We have a large kitchen opening onto a dining area, allowing wonderful interaction with our teachers and children.

As our Kitchenhand you will proactively engage children in the cooking and serving food processes, and will support our chef and teachers to create memorable, positive experiences around food and sustainability.
