A Design career at Ryman is different from the average. The size, scale and complexity of our projects match any in the industry. The buildings range from large scale commercial buildings, apartment blocks, and townhouses. The Village Centres include commercial-sized facilities, such as swimming pools, commercial kitchens, high-level care facilities, restaurants, billiard rooms, cinemas, and hair salons, to name a few. The Village Centres range in size from 2 to 5 levels, with some having multi-level basements. Apartment blocks and townhouses are also common among Ryman Villages.

**What will you do?**

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Junior Architectural Technician to join our Auckland based team and join the wider team. The Design team take the concept design through to building consent and on to site observation. The buildings include large scale commercial buildings, apartment blocks and townhouses.

The Design team work with our Construction teams on site throughout the entire build. This includes working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and external consultants.

In this full-time position, you will design and produce the detailed construction documentation for commercial and residential projects.
