Toptile Bathrooms is looking for a showroom sales consultant to join our team in Auckland.

We have two Auckland showrooms located in Glenfield and Mt. Wellington, offering premium bathroom products and tiles. We have been in business since 2013.

This an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in bathroom ware/ retail sales looking to take the next step in their career and have one eye on management positions in the future.

This role requires a person with a proven track record of working in a retail environment, preferably within the bathroom or tile industry, but could suit an ex-plumber or fitter with people & sales skills, and a desire to succeed in a different area of the industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of duties including being part of the sales team, designing bathroom layouts, in addition to a range of administration tasks and stock management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience with retail is required;
- Ability to persuade and influence customers demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to work well in a small team, yet take personal responsibility for clients and sales;
- Ability to work with Word, Excel, and our Inventory system;
- Needs to possess high attention to detail necessary for processing customer orders/quotations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent level of customer service and communicate confidently with customers in the showroom and over the phone;
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide advice and design ideas;
- Providing customers with design advice and preparing quotations ;
- Order and payment processing;
- Ensure that all operational processes are delivered accurately and efficiently;
- Provide customers with a high level of after care;
- Following all in store procedures.

The position is full-time, working five days Monday to Sunday on the roster, part-time options may be considered.
