Delivery Lead

As a member of our DEFEND Delivery team you will be responsible for delivering cybersecurity outcomes for our customers. You will work with our Practices and Product teams in not just a functional project management role but with the addition of providing real value in delivery of cybersecurity transformational outcomes. The role is not just a facilitator to manage the schedule, budget, scope, and risk but rather you are expected to add value to the outcome itself by immersing yourself in cybersecurity and are part of the team.

Our Delivery Leads are often the champions and leaders of DEFEND within our customers working alongside our engagement, consulting, and delivery teams. Our Delivery Leads are often first to see opportunities where we can support our customers better and should be able to capture these and ensure they are actioned

**Critical areas of focus include**:

- Manage schedule, risks, budget, and the project team members to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
- Complete delivery documentation for DEFEND and customers as required including project reporting
- Work with motivated DEFEND individuals ensuring delivery is on schedule and of high quality
- Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles, and get the best value against constraints
- Identify and leverage further opportunities with our customers and draft proposals and statements of work as required
- Actively participate in the DEFEND Delivery community to develop re-usable artefacts and collateral to support the growth of delivery capabilities.
- The expectation is that you'll be based on our client's Auckland site a couple of days per week

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience delivering exceptional business outcomes
- Exceptional key stakeholder management
- Maintain delivery momentum managing the pace and tempo
- 10+ years in Information Technology
- Prince2, PMP
- Manage complex internal and external dependencies and provide delivery confidence
- Information Security Background
