**Vehicle Groomer - Volkswagen**

Our Continental Cars - Volkswagen team offers a comprehensive range of new and used Volkswagen vehicles, parts, and accessories.

This is a dynamic and varied role which will also see you coordinating and supervising the check in process of all inbound new vehicles, attending to customer pickups and drop offs when required, managing vehicle movements onsite, completing service grooms, and grooming new vehicles for fleet customers among other tasks. This a varied role in which no day will be the same

**Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing**:

- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Utilise appropriate cleaning products and tools to remove dirt, stains, and other contaminants from various surfaces.

**Interior Maintenance**:

- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and upholstery. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as dashboards, door panels, and windows.

**Exterior Maintenance**:

- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to enhance their appearance and protect the paint. Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other exterior surfaces.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any defects, damages, or maintenance issues. Report any issues that require additional attention or repair.

**Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when reordering is necessary. Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner when delivering groomed vehicles. Address any customer concerns or inquiries related to vehicle cleanliness.

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience in vehicle grooming or detailing is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, required for vehicle cleaning and detailing.
- A meticulous approach to cleaning and grooming vehicles to ensure high-quality results.
- Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and deliver groomed vehicles promptly.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
