Join Health New Zealand - Canterbury as a Senior ACC Rehabilitation Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting injured employees on their recovery journey while partnering with managers to ensure a smooth return-to-work process.

**About the Role**

As a Senior ACC Rehabilitation Advisor, you will manage complex injury claims, provide expert injury management advice, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will be a trusted partner within our health system, working collaboratively with injured employees, managers, and healthcare providers to facilitate successful rehabilitation outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of complex work injury claims, offering guidance to injured employees and managers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with employees, managers, and external providers.
- Conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate entitlements under the ACC framework.
- Arrange and facilitate case conferences and claims reviews.
- Ensure all claim management processes comply with relevant legislation.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services and processes.

**About you**
- Approximately 5 years of relevant rehabilitation experience.
- Strong knowledge of injury management, ACC legislation, and return-to-work processes.
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive process improvements.
- Strong ability to engage, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who empowers others and fosters a positive culture.
- Skilled in managing change and supporting continuous improvement.
