Rental Property Inspector required
An opportunity for a motivated individual to conduct routine tenancy inspections of rental properties and draft reports based on the findings of the inspection.
Applicants must have good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Punctuality and well presented are also important factors in this role. The ability to contact tenants, take photographs, and provide a concise and detailed inspection report are key elements of this role.
This is an ongoing opportunity. Applicants can expect to conduct up to 4 property inspections per quarter (3 monthly). Each inspection would be approximately 2 hours long.
