An opportunity has arisen here at FCB for the coveted position of Account Manager in our Account Management Team.The Account Manager reports directly into the client portfolio’s Business Lead.

Working out of our central Auckland office in Freemans Bay, you’ll be collaborating and working closely with both the Client team and other FCB’ers to ensure we both meet, and beat, our clients’ high expectations in arguably NZ’s finest fully integrated, behaviour change agency.

**You**

Currently at AM level or ready to move into an AM position having honed your skills in an agency, or closely related industry. This role offers you the opportunity to flex your account management skills, while continuing to grow and develop, working alongside some of the best in the business.

Love and hunger for creative work and strong relationship management skills will be key to your success. An eagerness to collaborate and contribute will be second nature. Being both tenacious and resilient, you’ll be day-to-day key point of contact for your client, directing, guiding, trafficking and advising on BAU. Working in this tight-knit team, you’ll be willing to pitch in to get the mahi done, supporting the team, comfortable managing both up and down, using your initiative and naturally proactive approach.

**You’ll need to be**
- Proactive, able to seek out opportunities drawing on your initiative and problem solving skills
- Confident, a natural rock solid relationship builder across all levels
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering to timings and budgets
- Collaborative
- You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management in the advertising industry, brand management in marketing or you will come to us with demonstrated industry related transferrable skillsets
- Outstanding client management and project management skills and proven ability to work across a range of projects - you’ll excel at wearing many hats
- Naturally, you’ll have a positive, friendly attitude, equally able to have a laugh - a large dose of banter never goes amiss at FCB
