**Some of what you’ll be doing**:

- Taking the responsibility for assessing, selecting and road-mapping new technologies, techniques and processes.
- Collaborating with other senior developers on best practices and design of new solutions
- Develop frameworks to facilitate high quality and efficient development in.NET and client-side script.
- Write great code that other team members can enjoy working with and learn from
- Consult with Product Owner and other internal customers in refining functional and technical requirements to optimize the expected outcomes from a solution
- Identify emerging trends and innovations that can be adopted to benefit the organisation’s product strategy, and its customers.
- Work with your manager to set mentoring / coaching goals, and demonstrate hitting them
**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- At least 6 years’ experience using.NET Framework, C# & SQL
- At least 3 years’ experience using.NET Core, Angular, Typescript or JavaScript, AWS or Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes & Docker
- Excellent ability to read, comprehend and review existing code
- Extremely independent in proposing and pursuing innovative ideas
- A strong sense of urgency, be comfortable in putting pressure on yourself and your team members for results
- Extremely adaptable
- Ability to connect and establish relationships with the team
