Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing heavy truck and electrohydraulic repairs and maintenance. This will involve working with a diverse fleet of European and Japanese trucks, requiring excellent diagnostic skills and experience with Jaltest universal diagnostic equipment or an equivalent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A relevant automotive trade certificate
- Heavy truck maintenance and repair experience
- Excellent hydraulic skills
- Good basic electrical skills
- Fabrication skills would again be useful but not essential
- The ability to provide both technical support in the field and work in a tight knit team across 2 workshops
- A willingness to work additional hours
- Previous fleet preventative maintenance experience is preferred but skills across multiple areas is what is sought
