Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be actively involved on the floor alongside your team for the full duration of every rostered shift, totaling 48 hours per week. This includes delivering products daily according to our production schedule and ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you should possess at least 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, you must have a high level of communication skills, computer literacy, understanding of Quality systems, and an awareness of Health & Safety systems.
