We are seeking a skilled RF & Network System Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating complex wireless systems, collaborating with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless system functionality, and optimizing performance.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, and wireless communication protocols. Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) and network configuration is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate RF subsystems, networking components, and software applications into cohesive, functional systems.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system performance, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and hardware/software conflicts.
  • Configure and optimize network devices, protocols, and security settings.
  • Conduct RF measurements, analyze data, and optimize system parameters to achieve desired performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration procedures, test reports, and system diagrams.
  • Work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration and resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide technical support during system deployment and field testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in RF and network system integration.
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, and wireless communication protocols.
  • Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) and network configuration.
  • Proficiency in using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python) for test automation and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
