As a senior software engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  2. Designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and secure solutions using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  3. Collaborating with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  4. Maintaining high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  5. Identifying and addressing technical debt, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
  6. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge bases, and process improvements.
  7. Sharing knowledge and expertise with the team, mentoring, and coaching junior engineers.
