Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Educational Therapist to join our team. As an Educational Therapist, you will provide ABA instruction to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral, social, and communication challenges. Your expertise in ABA techniques and data analysis skills will be utilized to develop and implement individualized programs that meet the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly teaching/therapeutic hours to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized programs using ABA techniques.
- Analyze data to inform program development and implementation.
- Collaborate with BCBAs/LBAs/teachers to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Active BCBA or LBA or NY Special Education certification/licensure.
- 3+ years experience in ABA instruction.
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists.
