The Opportunity

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our store.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, excellent customer service, and a deep understanding of our target market.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you can confidently advise customers on our premium products.
  • Work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, supporting your colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, actively listening to their needs and using feedback constructively.
  • Achieve a high level of availability, including late night trade and weekends, Monday to Wednesday day availability.
  • Bring relevant customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or supermarket retail environments.
