About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with diverse groups of people, providing fast, accurate, and professional customer service by telephone, email, and in-person at our service centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and helping customers navigate our organisation
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Use systems and processes to receive, log, and respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests for information
  • Exercise good judgement and take opportunities to make a positive impact on the customers we serve

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service. If you have experience in administration and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you. Strong communication skills are key, both when interacting with people face-to-face and when handling inquiries over email or phone.
