At JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. As Logistics Coordinator based at our HQ in East Tamaki, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational execution of 3PL.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring the accuracy of Warehousing & Distribution data: volumes, costs, accrual vs invoice, KPI management
  2. Overseeing daily inventory processes
  3. Managing cost control of warehousing and distribution activities, including in-depth analysis of cost development
  4. C coordinate monthly meeting to review KPI's and service level and transport management of in and outbound distribution
  5. Supporting the implementation of Master Data required systems on a local level
  6. Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand
  7. Managing customer IDocs, ensuring they are received, logged, investigated, resolved, and reprocessed in the ERP system
Requirements

To succeed in this role as Logistics Coordinator, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or a related discipline, including 3PL
  2. Experience working within FMCG - a plus
  3. Knowledge of and experience in Order to Cash processes
  4. Experience working with ERP systems i.e. SAP
  5. Excellent understanding of EDI systems: Knowledgeable in Electronic Data Interchange systems and their applications.
  6. Strong ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  7. Excellent computer skills: Proficient in using various computer applications.
  8. Competent in using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools - Must have intermediate level experience
  9. Relationship management with 3PL providers
