Entrance Ambassador

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Entrance Ambassador to join our team at JW Marriott Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests to the property, providing them with exceptional customer service, and ensuring that they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and provide them with exceptional customer service
• Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
