The Job Description
This exciting role involves working closely with Pacific businesses to identify their needs and develop tailored growth strategies. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering expert business advice to clients, linking them to valuable resources and innovation initiatives.
  • Maintaining robust client relationships, fostering strong partnerships with businesses, stakeholders, and community.
  • Supporting or facilitating workshops as needed, and undertaking occasional regional travel.

Requirements
For success in this position, you will require:

  • Tertiary education in business or relevant industry experience.
  • Established relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building effective partnerships.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business support services, ideally in business development or a related field.
  • Practical understanding of business models, financial literacy, and business ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of the Pacific community and market, coupled with a genuine interest in supporting Pacific business and communities.
