About the Role
The Priory Hospital in Canterbury is seeking a Care Team Member to join their Housekeeping department on a bank basis. This role involves providing support to the team during busy periods and covering staff absences or annual leave.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Undertaking daily cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Replenishing linen and consumables as required.
- Working flexibly across various departments, including Theatre areas, as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- A strong command of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
