Business Intelligence and Insights Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Insights Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. This role involves contributing to the end-to-end development and support of innovative technical solutions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to analyse data and provide insights, and identifying areas for process improvements.
About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various platforms and tools, including ServiceNow, Oracle Application Express, web development, and Microsoft technologies, gaining valuable cross-platform experience. You will also have the chance to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business leaders and subject matter experts, to gain a deep understanding of their vision and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and support of innovative technical solutions
- Analyse data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvements
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to streamline business processes and workflows
