  • Manage customer relationships and build strong rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and development.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in communication and customer service roles.
  • Coffee and tea knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid unrestricted work visa.
