About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to support our executive team and assist with operations and HR functions. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our operations and involves a combination of administrative support, HR tasks, and operational management.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary documents.
  • Operations Management: Assist with the coordination and management of daily operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
  • Human Resources: Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Have proven experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Have excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with HRIS and project management tools.
